1. What this service is
streamersbid.lol is an entertainment leaderboard operated by Martin Cavil (Entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 830 808 564). Rank is determined solely by the total amount paid. It is not a measure of audience, skill, popularity, or quality, and it is not presented as one.
2. What you are buying
When a payment completes, we add its amount to your channel's running total and:
- list the channel on the public leaderboard at the corresponding position;
- display the chosen name, platform, and a link to that channel;
- keep that total permanently — bids accumulate and are never reset.
You are not buying a guaranteed position. Anyone may out-spend you at any time, and your rank will fall accordingly. Prices rise every day; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. No refunds
Payments are final and non-refundable, including if your rank later drops. This is the nature of the product and you are asked to accept it before paying. Where applicable law grants you a non-waivable refund or withdrawal right, that law prevails over this clause.
4. Bidding on someone else's channel
You may bid on any Twitch or Kick channel, including one that is not yours. Buying a rank for a streamer you like is a normal use of this service.
A listing is not an endorsement. It means somebody paid to place that channel on the board. It does not mean the streamer paid, agreed, or knows about it, and we never present it as though they did.
Any streamer can have their channel removed. Write to martincavil.dev@gmail.com from an address or account we can reasonably tie to the channel and we will take it down. We do not require a legal notice and we do not argue about it. Because the removal is the streamer's decision rather than ours, we cannot guarantee a refund to whoever bid — bid on someone else's channel knowing that.
5. What you must not submit
- Names that impersonate someone else, or that are unlawful, hateful, or obscene.
- Channels whose purpose is to harass, defame, or mock the person named.
- Payment methods that are not yours.
We may remove any entry that breaches this section, or that we are legally required to remove, without refund.
6. Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us.
7. Payments and VAT
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Your use of the checkout is also subject to Stripe's own terms.
The operator trades under the French VAT franchise, so prices carry no VAT and none is invoiced: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged and the amount credited to your bid.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and nothing here removes them. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in France.
