Privacy policy

There are no accounts here, so there is very little to collect. This page says exactly what there is.

1. Who is responsible

Martin CavilEntrepreneur individuel, SIREN 830 808 564
23 rue des Prés Aubry, 92370 Chaville, France
Contact: martincavil.dev@gmail.com

This is the data controller for the site within the meaning of the GDPR.

2. What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address, the pages you view, and coarse technical details about your device. We use it to measure traffic, never to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising cookies or build profiles for targeting.

You can block it with any tracker-blocking extension, with your browser's “do not track” setting where Google honours it, or with Google's own opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

3. Legal basis

We process this data to perform the contract you enter into when you bid, and to meet our accounting and anti-fraud obligations.

4. Who else sees it

Stripe processes payments and receives your email and card details directly. Our database is hosted by Supabase, and the site is served by Vercel. Google receives the analytics data described above, which may be processed outside the EU under its standard transfer safeguards. Each acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Leaderboard entries are kept for as long as the board exists, since a permanent cumulative ranking is the product. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

6. If your channel is listed and you did not ask for it

Someone can pay to place your channel on the board without telling you. If that has happened and you want it gone, write to martincavil.dev@gmail.com from an address or account we can reasonably tie to the channel and we will remove it. You do not need to send a legal notice, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to remove your channel from the board, by writing to martincavil.dev@gmail.com. Note that removing an entry does not refund it, and that we may keep payment records where the law requires it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
